MB110D Dante®-Enabled Microphone Base

The Astatic MB110D is a professional Dante® enabled microphone desk base designed to bring networked audio connectivity to standard phantom powered condenser gooseneck microphones. Intended for conference rooms, council chambers, distance learning facilities, and high end installed sound systems, the MB110D connects directly to a Dante audio network via standard Ethernet—eliminating the need for traditional analog audio cabling. A rugged die cast metal base, integrated vibration isolating pads, and a locking XLR microphone input ensure stable, reliable performance in permanent installations. 

The MB110D combines clean audio transport with flexible system control. An integrated touch sensitive user switch with dual color LED indicator supports multiple operating modes, including push to talk, push to mute, or toggle operation, configurable locally or via Dante control software. The desk base provides six step input gain adjustment, a switchable 150 Hz low cut filter, and remote control of key parameters such as gain, phantom power, and LED status. Powered via PoE (IEEE 802.3af), the MB110D integrates seamlessly into modern IP based AV infrastructures while delivering consistent, high quality speech reinforcement.
