The housing cover is a fusion of traditional craftsmanship with a premium feel that is worthy of the “Made in Japan” brand.
High-grade wood "Mizume Cherry" is used.
The housing is made of mizumezakura, a high-grade wood with a fine, hard texture and beautifully finished surface.
Extensive dynamic range
Magnetic circuit employing a repulsive magnetic field is equipped with a 50mm driver unit with a magnetic flux density of 1.5 tesla.
The low distortion rate and ultra-strong magnetic circuit provide a vast dynamic range.

The diaphragm is made of “BioDyna”. It realizes a rich sound in the ultra-low range, a straightforward mid-range, and a reproduced sound with excellent presence especially in the high frequency range.
What is bio-cellulose fiber?
Biocellulose fiber is made by advanced biotechnology and is an ultrafine fiber with a thickness of 20 to 50 nm (nanometers), which is 1/1000th of natural plant fibers (e.g. cotton). These fibers are extremely pure α-cellulose, with almost no harmful impurity components, and exhibit the highest level of crystallinity. The ultrafine bio-cellulose fiber has excellent reproduction ability in the mid and high frequencies. When various fibers are combined with this fiber in an appropriate blend, a sound quality that combines the characteristics of each fiber can be obtained, enabling sound creation of a higher level. We have established a technology for mass-producing high-performance diaphragms by blending bio-cellulose fibers with other fibers under optimal conditions, utilizing the know-how we have accumulated over many years.

Protein leather and low-resilience cushions are used for ear pads.
Egg-derived protein is blended into the earpads for a pleasant feel and comfortable fit.
