Improvements, bugfixes and new features!

The Nord Stage 2 OS has now been updated to version 1.30. This update contains a few bugfixes and some new important features. The MIDI capabilities have been vastly improved with the addition of a Global MIDI option. Also, the Master Clock can now be synchronized to an external MIDI clock. The sustain pedal will now transmit CC64, value 0 when lifted which will stop external units from infinite sustain. Internal levels of the instruments have been adjusted, the synth is now a bit louder than before. Programs made with earlier versions will automatically be adjusted to keep their previous balance.
